When an author throws as much energy into promoting a book as writing it


Lori Radar-Day hit home-runs with both of her first two mysteries and it looks like a grand slam is coming in 2017 with The Day I Died. The author took home two national awards, the Mary Higgins Clark Award-winning Little Pretty Things and the Anthony Award-winning The Black Hour.

Tireless at marketing and promoting her books, we enjoyed every moment of working with her on her regional book tour through the Midwest. Her novels garnered terrific media attention including coveted starred reviews in the prestigious Library Journal, Publishers Weekly and Book List. Lori attracts crowds wherever she goes.

Not only have other author’s nominated her for national book awards, but with her third novel, the independent booksellers gave The Day I Died a big two-thumbs up in awarding her an Indie Next Pick for 2017 before her book has even been released.

We always say an author has to be willing to work as hard as we do to promote their book, and Lori is a perfect example!
