Becoming A New York Times Bestseller

Andrew Maraniss powerfully told the story of Perry Wallace – the first African American basketball player in the SEC – in his book STRONG INSIDE published by Vanderbilt University Press. Our team was honored to represent such an inspirational book and worked to coordinate a launch event in the story’s birthplace of Nashville, TN with Mayor Karl Dean leading a Q&A with the author, a unique event in Washington, D.C. with the Washington Post heralding the book at Politics & Prose, and national media coverage including book of the month pick for Southern Living, televised interviews with Meet the Press and The Keith Olbermann Show on ESPN, and other coverage with industry publications Writers Digest and Shelf Awareness. We are so proud of Andrew for his book landing on the New York Times bestsellers list!
